摘要
对高相对分子质量 (6 0× 10 4 ~ 9 0× 10 4 )PAN(聚丙烯腈 )纺丝溶液的制备工艺、影响溶液粘度的主要因素以及溶液的流变性能进行了研究。以DMF(二甲基甲酰胺 )为溶剂 ,PAN需经 2h溶胀和在 80~ 90℃下溶解 4h ,可配制成浓度为 7%~ 9%的纺丝液 。
The technological conditions of production high molecular weight polyacrylonitrile dry-wet spinning solution were investigated. The main effects on the viscosity of spinning solution and its rheological properties were discussed. Taking DMF as solvent, PAN was dissolved in it in two hours, and then lasting under 80~90℃ for four hours to produce spinning solution with consistancy of 7%~9%? The solution was belonged to non-Newtonian fluid.
