广州京溪地下污水处理厂建设实践与思考 被引量:30

摘要 污水处理厂选址问题越来越成为困扰城市中心区污水系统完善的关键瓶颈。广州京溪污水处理厂选址因用地难以落实而经历了漫长的过程,最后创新思路,按地埋式设计落实用地,并成功建成运行。就京溪地下污水处理厂的建设过程作了全面回顾,并对其节地特点及地下污水处理厂的优势做了全面分析;再结合城市中心区污水处理厂建设选址瓶颈问题分析,指出污水处理厂设计对节约土地资源的强烈内在需求。京溪地下污水处理厂的成功运行,探索出了一种污水处理厂高效、集约用地新模式,为城市中心区污水处理厂选址及建设提供了新的思路和重要借鉴。 The location of WWTP has increasingly become a big problem in improving municipal sewer system in central area of the city. Due to difficult solution to land problem, the location of Guangzhou Jingxi WWTP experienced a long time. At last, based on a creative idea, the plant was designed as underground structure, built and put into operation successfully. A comprehensive review of the construction process of Jingxi underground WWTP was made, and a comprehensive analysis about the land saving features and advantages of underground plant was carried out. Combined with the land bottleneck in the central area of the city for WWTP construction, it is pointed out that the conservation of land resources is strongly required for design of WWTP. The successful operation of Jingxi underground WWTP creates a new mode of efficient and intensive land use for construction of WWTP, and provides new ideas and important reference for location and construction of WWTP in the central area of the city.
