城市中水回用于超超临界机组的循环水处理系统设计

Design of Circulating Cooling Water Treatment System of Ultra-supercritical Units Using Municipal Reclaimed Water

摘要 某1 000 MW超超临界机组水源为城市中水和水库水,为保证循环水系统的安全经济运行,进行了循环水处理系统多方案技术经济比较。结果表明,旁流石灰软化处理工艺具有运行可靠、投资省和运行费用低等优点,为循环水处理最优方案,对类似中水回用工程设计具有一定的借鉴意义。 The water source of one i 000 MW uhra-supercritical unit is municipal reclaimed water and reservoir water. Techno-economie comparison of several schemes for circulating cooling water treatment system was carried out to ensure the safety and economic operation of circulating cooling water system. The results show that the side stream lime softening treatment system is an optimal scheme, which has the advantages of reliable operation, less investment, low operation cost and so on. The scheme provides reference for the design of similar projects.
