生物接触氧化工艺处理洗浴污水并回用 被引量:1

Biological Contact Oxidation Process for Treatment and Reuse of Bathing Wastewater

摘要 云南铝业股份有限公司与高原湖泊阳宗海毗邻,其生产废水及生活污水不能外排,需处理后全部回用。该公司污水主要为洗浴污水(占60%以上),基于需要分别建设了一、二期污水处理工程,处理规模均为60 m3/h,采用生物接触氧化/斜管沉淀/重力式无阀滤池过滤/消毒处理工艺。介绍了该公司一期污水处理工程的设计特点及运行效果。一期污水处理设施自2001年运行以来,处理效果稳定,处理出水全部回用作绿化用水、循环冷却水,每年节约水资源量为52.56×104m3,节约自来水费为199.728万元/a,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。 Because Yunnan Aluminium Co. Ltd. is located near Yangzonghai Lake, a plateau lake, its production wastewater and domestic sewage can not be discharged out, and they should be reused after treatment. Bathing sewage accounts for more than 60% of the total wastewater. The first-stage and second-stage treatment projects were constructed according to the requirements. Their treatment capacities are all 60 m3/h, and the combined process of biological contact oxidation, inclined-tube settling, gravity valveless filter and disinfection is used. The design characteristics and operation effect of firststage treatment project are introduced. Since being used in 2001, the first-stage treatment facilities have stable operation effect. The treated effluent is totally reused as greening water and circulating cooling water. Water resource of 52.56×10^4m^3 and water cost of 1. 997 28 million yuan per year are saved respectively, with great economic and environmental benefits.
