摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),建立了一套应对水源突发性金属污染事件的半定量检测方法。对合成样品的半定量分析以及对实际水样的加标回收试验结果显示,该方法能够有效消除干扰,实现对多种金属元素的一次性快速测定,测定结果的偏差为-29.0%^+13.0%,加标回收率为80.0%~108.3%。该方法能快速确定样品中存在的元素及浓度范围,可以应用于水源突发性金属污染事件,为快速处理事故提供科学依据。
A semi-quantitative determination method of sudden metal pollution incidents at water sources was established by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The semi-quantitative determination of synthesized water sample and the standard recovery test result of actual water sample show that various metals are quickly determined in one sample test without interferences. The deviation of the result is between - 29. 0% and + 13. 0% and the standard recovery is between 80.0% and 108.3%. This method can quickly determine elements in samples and their concentrations, providing scientific basis for rapid response to sudden metal pollution incidents at water sources.
