摘要
从结构设计、模具制造、注塑工艺条件、原料 (HIPS)性能分析了电视机壳开裂失效产生的原因及防止的相应对策 ,并提出了两个防止机壳失效、提高产品抗损坏性能的实验设计法。
The reasons of crack and invalidation of television cabinet were analyzed from structure design,mould manufacture,injection moulding process parameters, properties of materials(high impact polystyrene), assembly methods, packing, transportation and so on. The methods of reduction the crack and invalidation were given. Two design methods of prevention cabinet invalidation and improvement antifragility were provided.
