摘要
CASS工艺操作工序繁琐,与其他工艺相比需要控制的变量较多。为了保证污水处理过程的安全可靠和生产的连续性,同时满足污水处理工艺的需要,有效降低系统的能耗和药耗,必须采用自动控制系统。主要介绍了CASS工艺中粗格栅间、提升泵房、细格栅间、旋流沉砂池、CASS反应池以及鼓风机的工艺控制策略。
Compared with other processes, CASS process has more variables to be controlled due to its complicated operation procedures. The automatic control system must be adopted to ensure the safety, reliability and continuity of wastewater treatment, meet the requirement of wastewater treatment process, and reduce the energy consumption and chemical consumption of the system effectively. The control strategies for coarse bar screen chamber, lifting pump station, fine bar screen chamber, cycloneflow grit chamber, CASS reaction tank and air blowers are mainly introduced.
