摘要
从生态风险的内涵出发,将社会经济发展风险、资源环境风险和人居环境风险引入到生态风险中,利用层次分析法建立基于快速城市化的生态风险指标体系,分析了各个目标层在城市化过程中对生态风险的影响程度,并分析各地市潜在的生态风险,得出以下结论:莆田市、宁德市、龙岩市和南平市的生态风险度较高,三明市和泉州市的生态风险度居中,福州市、漳州市和厦门市的生态风险度较低;在快速城市化进程中,追求经济发展的同时应该与生态环境保持和谐.一个城市在发展的同时也要注意环保的投入,走新型工业化道路,才能实现区域的可持续发展.
Based on connotation of ecological risk,social economy development risk,resources and environment risk and human settlements risk were introduced to ecological risks.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was used to construct ecological risks index system based on rapid urbanization.The effects of each target hierarchy were analyzed to ecological risks in the process of rapid urbanization and the potential ecological risks of each city.The results showed that: the cities of Putian,Ningde,Longyan,and Nanping are in higher ecological risks,and the cities of Sanming and Quanzhou are in the middle,but the cities of Fuzhou,Zhangzhou,and Xiamen are in the lower position.In the process of rapid urbanization,the economic booming is the target of the cities,but it should balance and coordinate development with ecological environment.In the process of rapid urbanization,the environmental protection and treatment and the urban development are the target of cities.The cities should take the way of new industrial modernization in order to realize regional sustainable development.
