Research on International Carbon Game and China's Countermeasures

全球变暖问题已经受到越来越多的国际关注,其中关于各个国家减排多少二氧化碳、何时开始减少二氧化碳排放的问题常常成为碳博弈的焦点。对国际碳博弈基本框架、发展历史、具体分歧、战略选择以及碳博弈背后的经济利益之争和地缘政治之争等方面进行了系统研究。阐述了中国在国际碳博弈背景下面临的压力与挑战,为我国的战略政策选择提出了建议。

Global warming is received increasing international attention. When and how much to reduce CO2 emission always be the topic that International Carbon Game focus on. In this paper we concluded the framework, history, differences and strategic choices in Carbon Game. We also discussed dispute over economic, geopolitical and politic struggles in the Carbon Game. At last, we recommended and put forward the proposal of strategic choice which is based on challenges for China in the background of International Carbon Game.
