摘要
用高效液相色谱法， 测定了参麦注射液中人参皂甙Ｒｂ１ 的含量。平均加样回收率为９５－６１ ％ ， ＲＳＤ为１－７３ ％ （ｎ ＝ ５） 。
A HPLC method is studied for the determination of Ginsenoside Rb 1 in Shenmai Injection. The average recovery rate is 95 61%, RSD is 1 73%.
