介孔氧化硅的阻燃性能研究

摘要 选择4种不同方法制备介孔氧化硅并对其进行表面改性处理。采用热重分析(TG)和燃烧实验对聚乙烯/改性SiO2复合材料的热稳定性能和结构变化进行了研究。研究结果表明与未加入SiO2的聚乙烯相比,加入SiO2有利于提高复合材料的热稳定性能,延缓聚乙烯的热氧化降解,降低聚乙烯的燃烧速率。加入不同方法制备的SiO2的复合材料热稳定性能不同,Y2型二氧化硅具有最佳的阻燃效果,在加入量为5%时对聚乙烯热稳定性的改善效果最佳。 Four different preparation methods of mesoporous silica(remember to respectively Y1,Y2,Y3,Y4)were selected and the surface of silica was modified.Thermal stabilities and structural changes of PE/Si02 composites were investigated by Thermo Gravimetric analyzer and burning experiment.The research results shown that compared with the material that has no SiO2,the join of SiO2 is helpful to improve the performance of thermal stability,delay thermal oxidation degradation of polyethylene,and reduce the rate of burning polyethylene.Thermal stability of the materials is different because of the silica in it is prepared by different methods.The silica type Y2 has the best flame retardant effect and the dosage of 5% gives the best thermal stability.
