摘要
讨论如何构建跨区域灭火救援指挥体系,明确了跨区域灭火救援指挥各部门人员组成、职责分工及相互之间的指挥关系,确定了跨区域指挥的原则和方式,规范了跨区域战斗的指挥过程。认为跨区域灭火救援指挥体系运行的保障是共享现场指挥信息、完善现场通信方式。
Ways of constructing the cross-regional fire-fighting and rescue command system was discussed.The staff composition of cross-regional fire-fighting and rescue department,the division of responsibility and commanding relationship between each others were defined.The rules and methods of cross-regional commanding were decided.The commanding procedures of cross-regional fighting were specified.The on site commanding messages sharing and on site communication improving were believed to be the insurance of cross-regional fire-fighting and rescue command system performance.
