由于电子商务自身交易的局限性,会产生企业无法避免的退货问题。在分析电子商务环境下退货逆向物流产生的原因以及系统特征的基础上,从退货回收处理成本、时间以及服务三方面衡量电子商务环境下退货逆向物流系统的性能。通过实证研究,验证指标的实用性。

As result of the e-commerce own transaction＇ s limitation, the enterprise has avoidless questions of returned goods. Based on the analysis of the reason of return of reverse logistics and the character of system ,from three aspects including the returned goods re- covery processing cost, time and serves,establishes the return of reve^e logistics system performance evaluating indicator under the ecommerce environment,to evaluate the return of reverse logistics system＇s performance. The paper also confirms the target usability through the empirical study.
