摘要
用俄歇电子能谱(AES)研究高真空室中纯铁和多能量叠加注碳纯铁表面与氧气吸附及初始氧化过程。纯铁表面的吸附及初始氧化的速率大于注碳纯铁表面的吸附及初始氧化的速率,离子注入碳使纯铁表面的抗氧化性能增强。
The initial oxidation of pure iron and implanted samples which were overlapped energy ion–implanted with C ions was studied by auger electron spectroscopy(AES).The velocity of adsorption and initial oxidation on the surface of pure iron is quicker than that of its C ion–implanted samples.The study indicates that the implanted samples anti–oxidized properties are improved apparently.
