《中国实用内科杂志》内分泌专业终审会退稿原因分析

Reason analyses on rejection during the final decision meetings held for endocrine manuscripts of Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine

分析2006—2009年《中国实用内科杂志》内分泌专业自由来稿中72篇经2位专家外审均通过而在终审阶段未予通过的退稿原因,包括终审时稿件较多部分未能达到该刊刊登标准,作者无法修改,修改后仍未达到要求,作者坚持己见、稿件逾期未修回等,并指出编辑应针对不同原因采取不同措施,以减少终审时退稿对作者心理产生的不利影响。

From 2006 to 2009 there were 72 endocrine manuscripts that had passed the double peer reviews but had been rejected after the final decision making by Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine.The main causes of rejection for these manuscripts include that quite a few parts of manuscript had not yet reached the publishing standard,the authors were unable to revise,the editors＇ requirements had not been satisfied even after revision（s）,the authors held on their own views,or the revisions had not been received in due time.This paper suggests that the editors should take relevant countermeasures to lessen the negative effect of rejection after final decision on authors＇ psychology.
