摘要
为了获得熔覆层形态,进行了不同离焦量条件下的单道熔覆实验,对各个熔覆层进行了质量分析和对比(包括表面形态、硬度等),探索出在这个参数下能适用的最大离焦量,建立了"离焦量表面形态"、"离焦量熔覆层硬度"表和曲线图。结果表明在不同离焦量情况下单道的质量和表面形态各有各的优点。
In order to get the quality of single-layers,we transformed defocused quantity(3 defocused quantities and 3 negative defocused quantities) and studied respectively single-channel cladding on each experiment.We explored the biggest defocused quantity and come in the advantages of each situation and established "defocused quantity-surface morphology" and "defocused quantity-hardness" graphs.The results showed that quality of single-layer with each defocused quantity had different advantages.
