摘要
在传统的优化设计的基础上,根据可靠性设计准则,将传动轴的设计参数视为随机变量,建立起数学模型,用MATLAB编程优化,并结合生产实例说明可靠性优化设计方法比传统设计方法更可靠、更经济。
Based on the traditional optimization design of the transmission shaft,the design parameters are considered as random variable according to the guidelines of reliability design.The mathematical model of the shaft is established and optimized with MATLAB,and an productive example is given to illustrate that the reliability optimization design method is more reliable and economical when compared with the traditional design method.
