The river is an indispensable part in the coordination between human being and natural environment,which is one of the main ecological elements in the promotion of life quality and investment environment.The infrastructure construction of flood control facilities in Jingning County is inadequate with inferior flood control capacity.Engineering measures should be considered and selected in terms of river functions in order to improve river system and water quality,and to strengthen and expand river functions.
