Application and Economic Analysis of Micro-droplet Oil Ignition

目前国内火力发电厂采用的普通油枪点火普遍存在油耗高、热效率低的缺点.使用气化微油点火具有燃烧器壁面温度低寿命长、锅炉热效率高、炉内结渣少、油耗低、环保等优点.杭州华电半山发电有限公司在2台135MW机组上进行气化微油点火技术的应用,取得了直接的经济效益和综合效益.

Recently,ordinary grease gun ignitions are wildly used in native thermal power plants.Because of high oil consumption and low thermal efficiency,the traditional ignition technology is being replaced by a novel ignition technology of micro-droplet oil gasification,which is more environmentally friendly with higher efficiency.The combustor would be more durable due to the lower temperature and less scorification after the application of the new technology.It has been applied in two sets of 135MW generating units by Hangzhou Huadian Banshan Power Generation Co.Ltd.Remarkable economic results and overall efficiency have been achieved.
