高校辅导员工作职责定位不明,致使辅导员工作现状和理论研讨处于偏离重心的繁杂之中,并影响了辅导员队伍建设的健康发展.通过全面剖析了辅导员岗位的工作职责,提出只有强化基本职责,才能从根本上促进辅导员队伍建设的可持续发展.

At present,vague definition of counselors＇ responsibilities in colleges has a bad impact on the healthy development of counselor team,misleading the counselors＇ work and corresponding theoretical study.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis of the counselors＇ duties is proposed to strengthen their basic functions,and to fundamentally promote the sustainable development of counselor team.
