水貂品种、性别、年龄及外源褪黑激素与食毛症发病率相关分析 被引量:1

摘要 对大连水貂场5个品种水貂食毛症发病情况进行统计,分析不同品种、性别、年龄及埋植外源褪黑激素等因素与水貂食毛症发病率的相关性,以探讨水貂食毛症的病因及其影响因素。结果表明,金州黑、咖啡、银蓝、红眼白、美国短毛黑5个品种种间差异对食毛症的发病率影响显著(P<0.05),其中咖啡水貂发病率最高为12.61%;性别对食毛症发病率影响显著,母貂发病率显著高于公貂(P<0.05);年龄对水貂食毛症发病率影响差异不显著(P>0.05);埋植外源性褪黑激素能够显著降低食毛症发病率(P<0.05)。 The incidence of trichophagy in five varieties of minks (jinzhou-black mink,coffee mink,silver blue mink,Red-eye white mink and American shorts mink) was counted in Dalian mink nursery.The incidence rate of different varieties,sex,and age implanted of exogenous melatonin or not were calculated and analyzed,respectively to explore the causes and relative factors of mink trichophagy.The results showed that variety difference significantly affected the incidence rate of trichophagy (P0.05) in these 5 kinds of minks,with the highest incidence rate of 12.61% occurred in coffee mink;sex also greatly affected the happen of disease,female mink's incidence was obviously higher than that of the male mink (P0.05);the age had no significant influence on the incidence (P0.05);the while,exogenous melatonin implanting could significantly (P0.05) reduce the incidence rate of trichophagy.
