中药增效抗菌复方对人工诱发鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效试验 被引量:14

摘要 根据传统中兽医理论,中药增效抗菌复方由黄芩、秦皮、白头翁、苦参和甲氧苄啶按比例组成。采用人工诱发雏鸡大肠杆菌病的方法,以对分离株大肠杆菌较敏感的环丙沙星作为对照组,进行中药增效抗菌复方的预防和治疗试验,探索中药增效抗菌复方对鸡大肠杆菌病的防治效果。结果表明,预防用药组雏鸡的发病率和死亡率明显低于感染对照组,中、高剂量的中药预防组和环丙沙星预防组的保护率分别为86.7%、96.7%和90%。治疗用药组雏鸡的死亡率明显低于感染对照组,中、高剂量的中药治疗组和环丙沙星治疗组的有效率分别为80%、90%和83.3%。本研究为中药增效抗菌复方防治鸡大肠杆菌病的临床应用提供了科学依据。 The aim of the study was to investigate the prevention and cure effects of synergistic antibacterial Chinese herb compound on chicken colibacillosis.Based on traditional Chinese veterinary medicine theory,synergistic antibacterial Chinese herb compound were composed by a certain proportion with Radix Scutellariae,Cortex Fraxini,Radix Pulsatillae,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and trimethoprim.The prophylactic trial and therapeutic test of synergistic antibacterial Chinese herb compound were studied on chicken colibacillosis by artificial infection,with ciprofloxacin more sensitive to isolated strains of E.coli as control group.The results showed that the morbidity and mortality of chicken in the groups with preventive medication obviously lower than that in infected control group.The protection rate in middle and high dosage Chinese herb prevention group and ciprofloxacin prevention group was 86.7%,96.7% and 90%,respectively.The mortality of chicken in the groups with therapy medication was obviously lower than that in infected control group.The cure rates in middle and high dosage Chinese herb therapy group and ciprofloxacin therapy group was 80%,90% and 83.3%,respectively.The study provided a scientific basis for the clinical application of synergistic antibacterial Chinese herbs compound prevention and cure on chicken colibacillosis.
