猪LXRα基因多态性及其与生长性状的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 肝X受体α(LXRα)是一类与脂类代谢有关的核受体,是重要的脂质传感器,LXRα基因参与调节生命代谢活动的诸多方面并且对动物生长发育过程起着重要作用。本研究采用PCR-SSCP的方法分析LXRα基因单核苷酸多态性与生长性状的相关性。结果发现TB3多态位点的BB基因型对法系长白猪个体的出生胸围的效应值最大。TB4多态位点的AA基因型对法系长白猪个体的断奶重和出生体长的效应值最大。 Liver X receptor α (LXRα) is a nuclear receptors of a type about lipid metabolism,is an important lipid sensor,LXRα gene involved in regulating many aspects of life and metabolic activity in animals play an important role in growth and development.In this study,PCR-SSCP method was used to analyze the LXRα gene single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with growth traits.The results showed that TB3 polymorphisms of BB genotype of the legal systems of the individual's birth Landrace effect bust the maximum value.TB4 polymorphism of the AA genotype of the legal systems of Landrace individual weaning weight and birth length value is the maximum.
