摘要 建立系统的物理模型是分析系统特性、优化系统参数并进行故障诊断的前提。介绍了新的基于Modelica语言的多领域建模仿真软件———Maplesim,通过模型库中的预定义元件,建立了喷气织机开口机构的物理模型,并进行了运动仿真,得到了综框运动特征,在此基础上,提出了新的凸轮轮廓曲线设计方法。给定从动机构运动规律,在MapleSim中间接求解出凸轮轮廓线坐标,通过CAD软件生成凸轮轮廓线。结果表明:Maplesim建立的该物理模型能够很好地模拟喷气织机开口机构运动规律,Maplesim可以在多领域复杂系统建模和仿真中推广应用。 Building the system physical model is the premise for analyzing the system characteristics、optimizing the system parameters and making fault diagnosis.Maplesim is introduced as a new multi-domain modeling and simulation software,which is based on Modelica Language.The physical model of air-jet loom shedding mechanism is established according to the predefined components in the model library,then the motion characteristics of heald frame is obtained after simulation.Based on this,a new design methods of conjugate cam profile is proposed.Giving the motion law of follower,the coordinate of cam profile can be solved indirectly in Maplesim and the cam profile will be bulit by CAD.It is showed that the physical model which is built by Maplesim can properly simulate the motion characteristics of air-jet loom shedding mechanism,and Maplesim can be widely applied to modeling and simulation in multi-domain complex systems.[Ch,7 fig.1 tab.13 ref.]
