摘要
文章设计了基于MCS-51&CPLD的变频冰箱测试控制系统。详细介绍主要硬件电路设计,给出了模糊控制方法及软件流程图。控制系统可以根据已经确定的算法,控制变频冰箱的运行。同时,代替了工控机的数据采集系统,采样数据经简单处理定时地传输给工控机作进一步分析,大大地节约了成本。对冰箱的温度场进行了测试和分析,并提出了冰箱结构的优化方案。
The test control system of Frequency Conversion refrigerator is designed based on MCS-51 CPLD.This paper described the main hardware circuit design,the fuzzy control method and software flow chart.This system has control Frequency Conversion refrigerator running according to the setting algorithm.At the same time,the system instead of the IPC data acquisition system and sampled data by simply processing time to transfer to the industrial computer for further analysis,so the cost is greatly reduced.The temperature field of the refrigerator was tested and analyzed to optimize the refrigerator structure.[Ch,6 fig.10 ref.]
