摘要
X低效率理论使我们走出了管理认识的误区,一改过去认为投入与产出是线性关系、技术关系,而从经济心理学的视角看到了人性的重要性,使得情感管理的引入成为必然,同时员工惰性区域的存在也为情感管理的介入提供了理论基础。从人性入手,尊崇张扬人性,探讨图书馆中存在的低效率问题如何用情绪识别、压力管理和情感文化的引导等方式得以解决,不仅可以实现员工个人工作绩效的提高,效率的提升,同时还能改善图书馆的整体效率。
We go out of the major traps of the management for the theory of X low efficiency,from to think of the linear relationship and technology relationship in output in the past,to view the importance of human nature on the psychological perspective,making the emotion management of the inevitability ba-sied on the employee inert regional exists.So,we explore to how to use the way of emotional identify stress management and emotional culture to settle the low efficiency of the problem in library,not only to improve staff work performance,but also the overall efficiency,by reverence and exposure human.
