农村社区图书馆在塑造现代新型农民过程中的作用与对策

当前,随着经济社会变革的加深,社会对农民整体素质的要求越来越高。同时,如火如荼的新农村建设也需要一大批有文化、懂技术的高素质新型农民。农村社区图书馆可以利用自身优势在塑造现代新型农民的过程中担当重要作用。目前应着力发挥农村社区图书馆在培养新型农民中的显性和隐性作用,引导并指导农民读书,提高农民文化知识水平和实用技能,进而提升农民整体素质和生活质量。

Today,along with the deepening of economic and society reform,the demand on peasant＇s general quality by the society has been increasingly raised.At the same time,new countryside construction in a large scale needs large quantities of high-quality new farmers who understand technology.Rural community libraries are able to exploit themselves advantages to play a role on fashioning modern peasant.At the present time,we need especially to make rural community libraries play a dominant and recessive action on fashioning modern peasant,leading or directing peasants to read.So do as that,peasants＇ educational level and practical technology can be improved,and then peasants＇ general quality and quality of life can be promoted also.
