摘要
针对当前图书馆员礼仪素养的内涵及具体表现,指出培养图书馆员礼仪素养对提升文明服务质量的重要性,在对图书馆员礼仪素养现状的调查与分析的基础上,从加强自身学习、定期开展培训、建立考核机制三个方面提出培养图书馆员礼仪素养的具体方法与途径,旨在不断提升文明服务质量,为塑造良好的图书馆文明形象发挥积极作用。
According to the connotation of librarians' etiquette literacy and specific performance,the etiquette accomplishment training for librarian is very important in improving their service quality.On the basis of data survey and analysis of librarians' etiquette literacy,three means for librarians' etiquette literacy training is presented in this paper which are by self-studying,regular training and establishing assessment mechanism.These ways will play a positive role in improving librarians' service quality continuously and in modeling civilized figure of college library.
