市场化背景下我国大学精神缺失的原因探析

An analysis on the loss of Chinese university spirit in the market economy situation

大学精神是大学最为核心和高度抽象的价值追求和行为规范,是大学的灵魂所在。市场化背景下,中国现代大学精神渐趋失落,主要表现在大学独立地位、学术精神的缺失以及人文教育的衰落等方面。市场化的无序性、逐利性和垄断性是大学精神缺失的主要原因。重塑大学精神需要处理好共性与个性、继承与创新以及教师与学生等几组关系。

University spirit is a measure for values and criteria of conduct,which is the essence of a university.In market economy today,Chinese university spirit has decreased gradually,which is mainly shown in the following aspects： loss of independence,decadence of humane education and loss of academic spirit.The disorder,profit-seeking and monopoly of the marketization have contributed to all this loss of Chinese university spirit.In China,rebuilding university spirit needs to deal with the following relationships： similarity and dissimilarity,inheritance and innovation,teachers and students.
