循环流化床锅炉以其具有热效率较高、运行稳定、操作简单、燃料适应性广、污染物排放量低的独特优点,是国内外目前竞相发展的燃煤技术。循环流化床锅炉在在实际运行中暴露出不少问题。运行周期短、点火难、的问题,笔者通过近几年来对国产循环流化床锅炉运行、技改和现场调试的经验,对循环流化床锅炉运行调试作一下简述,希望能对锅炉运行人员有所启发。

Circulating fluidized bed boiler is a coal-fired technology that home and abroad countries striving to develop with its unique advantages of high thermal efficiency,stable running,simple operation,fuel adaptability,and low emissions.But a number of problems exposed in the actual operation： short cycle operation,difficult ignition problems,the author summarizes the operation debugging through the last few years of technical innovation and field experience of circulating fluidized bed boiler debugging in hope to provide enlightens for boiler operation staff.
