摘要
为了解决微正压原稳中原油换热器因结垢堵塞导致流动阻力增加,热效率降低,生产能力下降,能耗增高等问题,通过对在运换热器结垢原因的分析,优选了防沉积性好的螺旋折流板式换热器开展现场试验,应用后使装置的各项生产运行参数达到了工艺指标要求。
Scaling and the succeeding blockage of crude oil heat exchanger in the micro-positive pressure crude oil stabilization operation leaded the flow resistance to increase,the thermal efficiency to decrease,the productivity to decline and the energy consumption to increase.Through analyzing the causes of scaling of heat exchanger in operation,optimally selecting the helical baffle heat exchanger with good anti-deposition performance and launching field trial to solve these problems,all the operational parameters specified by the process were finally fulfilled.
