美容系产学合作与学生职前训练成效——以2009台北听障奥运会“优人神鼓”演出为例

Cooperation between Academia and Industry and Pre-Job Training

台湾建国科技大学美容系为增进教育内容与产业需求密切结合,使学生在毕业离校前有职场经验与职前准备,各院系为学生职场实习、达成以实习代替试用之目的,发展适合的课程内容。美容系则在学生职场实习之前利用美容系的资源及软硬件设施,从事学生职前训练。在课程发展上,大四学生在毕业之前,除通识、专业与实作课程外,更须修毕"职前训练"与"职场实习"两课程。其中职前训练在彩妆造型方面,则以脸部化妆与发型设计为重心,依此学生不仅具有实作经验外,更具有全面性职场体验。

To promote the connection between teaching contents and industrial demands,and prepare students for their future jobs,apprenticeship and appropriate courses have been offered in ChienKuo Technology University.Pre-job training courses for students in Beauty Science Departments focus on make-up and style with emphasis on facial make-up and hairstyles design,providing students with both hands-on training and working experience.
