摘要
我国正大力开展水利工程项目,水利工程项目管理可以缩短水利工程建设周期,降低工程投资,提高施工效率,本文主要阐述影响水利工程项目施工的主要因素,准备工作,并提出了保证水利工程施工的有效措施。
China is making great efforts to develop water projects,water conservancy construction project management can reduce the hydraulic engineering construction cycle,reduce project investment and improve construction efficiency,this paper describes the main factors and preparation influencing the construction of water conservancy project and finally proposes effective measures to ensure water conservancy construction.
