The feasibility of project cost is the key to evaluate construction projects.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct the scientific project cost control in the construction whole process.Starting from the construction structure design,the paper analyzed the balance between structure design and project cost and proposed the effective strategy of optimized structure design and reduced project cost which has the promoting function for standardizing the industry order,improve structure design level and eliminate the unreasonable project cost phenomenon.
