Discussion on Prevention and Treatment of Housing Outer Wall Leakage

房屋渗漏是建筑工程中的主要质量通病之一,房屋的渗漏会影响人们的正常生产和生活,给人们造成财产损失和精神负担。房屋防水是一项综合工程,影响质量的因素很多,牵涉到材料、设计、施工、维护管理等诸多方面。根据本人在现场施工的总结,防水工程的材质和施工过程是造成房屋渗漏诸因素中最主要的因素,其中尤以施工工艺为甚。

Housing leakage is a common quality defect in building project,it will affect people＇s normal production and life and bring property damage and mental burden.Housing waterproof is a comprehensive project,which has many affecting factors involving materials,design,construction,maintenance and management aspects.According to my summary of the construction at the site,waterproofing materials and housing construction process are the most important factors of leakage,particularly in construction technology.
