Currently there are over 200 million of mobile phone users in China,the users＇ requirement for mobile phone functions is also increasing.Being influenced by this and with the continuous development of 3G technology,3G mobile phones are becoming active at market.The application of it is also expanding into other fields which provided more convenient service for our life.The paper mainly introduced the study meaning and development background of 3G technology electronic point-of-sale system,its development process,technological difficulites and solution plan.
