采取工学结合模式是高职院校成功的关键,但也带来了挑战。文章为解决大学毕业生与就业难这一矛盾——教育与企业脱轨,深入分析了高职院校工学结合的教学现状,找到工学结合所面临的挑战,提出了相应的解决措施。
