海藻酸钠阴离子助剂对纸张增强的初探 被引量:3

Effects of SA as Anionic Additive on Paper Strength

摘要 研究海藻酸钠(SA)作为阴离子助剂与阳离子聚合电解质阳离子淀粉(CS)共用组成二元增强体系对针阔叶木为1:4的浆料所抄纸张的增强效果。结果表明:CS/SA二元增强体系对纸张的增强效果比单一加入阳离子聚合电解质CS的增强效果好,该二元体系对纸张物理强度增加的最大值,比不添加增强剂时所抄造纸张的伸长率、抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐折度分别提高了93.3%,28.2%,15.4%和122%,比单一加入CS时纸张所能达到的最佳伸长率、抗张强度和耐折度分别提高了7.4%,12.0%和23%,而对撕裂强度提高不大。CS/SA二元增强体系较单独使用CS时的添加量小,有利于保护环境。阴离子助剂SA可通过提高浆料的保水值来提高浆料纤维的润胀性能,减少打浆能耗。 is paper mainly studied the anionic additive sodium alginate(SA)and cationic polyelectrolyte additive cationic starch( CS)composed the binary paper strength system to mixed softwood and hardwood pulp which the softwood:hardwood is 1:4.e results showed that:e peak of CS/SA binary paper strengthening system on the physical strength of paper was better than none of addition and a single addition of CS.e paper's elongation rate,tensile index,tear index and folding endurance were increased of 93.3%,28.2%,15.4%and 122%than the papers with no addition;and the paper's elongation rate,tensile index and folding endurance were increased of 7.4%,12.0%and 23%than the papers with a single addition of CS.e dosage of CS/SA binary system was less than a single addition of CS,which was beneficial to environmental protection.e anionic additive SA could improve the run-up performance of pulp fibers through enhancing the pulp's water retention value,which could reduce the energy consumption of the beating.
