浅谈新环境下的学生教育

近年来,由于高中的持续扩招使得中专护士学生生源质量严重下降,文化基础知识差,综合素质低,学习动力不足,专业思想不稳定。针对这一情况,现浅谈如何做好新环境下的学生教育工作。

In recent years,due to senior high school＇s expanding of enrollment,the quality of technical secondary school nurse students is decreasing seriously with weak cultural foundation knowledge,low comprehensive quality,lack of learning motive and unstable professional thinking.Based on this situation,the paper discussed how to succeed in students＇ education work under the new environment.
