摘要
本文主要对数控机床的加工、特点进行了分析,重点提出了制订数控系统日常维护的制度、尽量少开数控柜和强电柜的门、定时清扫数控柜的散热通风系统、经常监视数控系统用的电网电压、定期更换存储器用电池、数控系统长期不用时的维护等数控机床维护措施。
The paper analyzed the processing and features of CNC machine tools.The system of routine maintenance of CNC system is made,the door of CNC cabinet is opened as little as possible,regular cleaning of CNC cabinet cooling ventilation system,the grid voltage used by CNC system is monitored,periodic replacement of storage batteries,digital control system when not in use for long time.
