浅谈对工程量清单计价方式的认识

随着我国建筑工程改革的不断深入发展,工程量清单计价方式越来越成为市场运行机制和施工发承包活动的合理计价模式。实行工程量清单计价,对规范我国建设市场起了积极的作用,但工程量清单计价也一样存在不够完美的地方。本文就现阶段实施工程量清单计价中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出具有可操作性和实用性的建议。

With the continuous deepening development of China＇s construction project reform,project amount list mode has become the rational pricing mode of market operation mechanism and construction contractor activity.The using of project amount list plays an active role for the standardization of China＇s construction market.Project amount list has its distandages as well.The paper analyzed the problems at the using of project amount list and proposed the operational and practical suggestion.
