At present,there are many disadvantages at national road construction mechanical equipment management such as the aging of equipment in advance.It has the practical meaning to study,discuss and change the management mode to imporve equipment＇s completeness rate,utilization rate.The paper focuses on the discussion on the national road construction mechanical equipment management mode and proposed the adopt of renting system to maintain and increase the value of national road construction mechanical equipment.
