高校数字图书馆建设面临着缺乏宏观管理、经费紧缺、资源建设质量不高、忽视共享、人才匮乏等问题,必须改革管理机制、加大投入、制定科学的资源建设长远战略、做好安全管理工作、建立高素质人才队伍,才能进一步推进高校数字图书馆建设的步伐。

The university digital library is facing a lot of problems such as lack of macro-management,shortage of funds,poor resources construction quality,and ignore the sharing,lack of personnel and other issues,we must reform management mechanism,increase investment,establish scientific resources development long-term strategy with good safety management and highly qualified personnel in order to further advance the pace of building digital library.
