摘要
为保障石油企业的健康发展,需要建立健全我国的现代监管法律框架和监管体系,本文介绍了监管的定义、监管的目标,北美和欧洲石油和天然气的监管的立法和监管概况,分析比较了北美与欧洲行业监管,以期对我国油气行业的发展提供借鉴意义。
In order to ensure the healthy development of petroleum industry,China＇s modern supervision law frame and supervision system need to be establised and improved.The paper introduced the defination of supervision,its goal and the supervision situation of north America and European petroleum and natural gas supervision＇s legislation and supervision and analyzed and compared the north America and European industry supervision for providing reference for China＇s oil gas industry development.
