摘要
近年来高职类院校发展迅猛,教学规模和就读人数不断扩大,社会影响力与日剧增,为中国高等教育的普及化和大众化做出了重要贡献。教师是高职院校赖以生存和进步的动力之源,教师队伍的质量将直接影响着高职教育的发展。青年教师队伍的建设是高职院校教师人力资源管理的重要一环,而这其中却存在着相当的问题。本文将对此展开讨论,分析问题原因并提出解决思路。
In recent years,with the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,educational scale and enrollment is constantly expanding with increasing social influence,which has made important contributions to the popularization of higher education in China.Vocational teachers are the driving force for the source of survival and progress,the quality of teachers will have a direct impact on the development of vocational education.The building of young teachers is an important part in human resources management of higher vocational teachers.However,there are considerable problems.This article will discuss and analyzes causes and proposes solutions.
