Study on China's Openning up Policy

基于当前我国国际收支顺差过大,外汇储备偏高、国际收支严重失衡情况,本文认为,我国必须调整原有对外开放战略,应由原来"出口导向"战略向整合国际资源,开发国内及国际两个市场战略转变,并提出相应措施。

Based on China＇s situation of over large of international favourable balance of payment,rather high reserve for foreign exchange,serious out of balance of international balance of payment,the paper points out that China should regulate its original openning up policy with a conversion of the traditional ＂export orientated＂ strategy to integration of international resources,developing domestic and international market strategy and some related measures are proposed.
