城市化水平已成为衡量一个国家、一个地区发展的一个重要指标。江苏省连云港市灌云县城市化水平较低,严重影响和阻碍了灌云县经济和社会的发展。近年来,灌云县积极推进城市化,将撤乡并镇作为率先实现现代化的重要内容,全面落实科学发展观,进一步统筹城乡发展。

The urbanization level has become an indicator of the development of countries and areas.At present,the urbanization level of Guanyun county is very low,seriously affecting and blocking the local economic and social development.The work of cancelling township and incorporating township into town in the county is an important way of realizing modernization as well as the key of practicing the concept of scientific development and further balancing urban and rural development.
