当前高校学生英语交际能力的现状及对策研究

On College Students' English Communicative Competence and Its Improvement

英语作为一门语言,其首要的功能就是交际,然而由于各种因素的影响,目前在我国的高校英语教学中,交际英语教育的缺失却成为一个很突出的问题,很多高校学生的英语交际能力都不甚理想。分析了当前高校学生的英语交际能力现状及其成因,从社会、教学等角度提出建议,认为应重视基础知识学习、加强社会文化能力培养、做到教学过程交际化、改进传统评价机制,以提高学生英语交际能力。

The primary function of English is for communication.Due to a variety of factors,English teaching in China＇s colleges and universities seldom attaches importance to improving students＇ communicative competence.This paper analyzes the factors restricting students＇ English communicative competence and suggests that English teaching should strive to cultivate students＇ social and cultural ability and improve their communicative competence by taking a communicative way of teaching and improving traditional evaluation system.
