中职教师在进入高职教学之前,要了解高职教育的本质,从理念上做好准备,要根据高职教育的特点,构建教学框架,并在了解高职学生特点的基础上,制定方案,采取有效的教学方法,搞好课堂教学。

Before entering higher vocational schools,teachers of secondary vocational schools shall understand the essence of higher vocational education,and get well-prepared in ideology.They shall establish a teaching framework suitable for higher vocational education and modify their teaching methods in accordance with individual student.
