摘要
以晚熟葡萄品种红地球为试材,对延迟采收期间红地球葡萄果实品质变化、糖代谢、树体营养等进行分析研究,试验结果表明:①延迟采收对红地球葡萄果实外观品质和内在品质的提高效果显著,增加了单果质量和纵径,提高了可溶性固形物含量,减少了可滴定酸含量,但对横径、硬度和Vc含量没有影响.②延迟采收期间,红地球葡萄符合双S型果实生长发育特征,淀粉含量有不同程度的降低,各种可溶性糖(总糖、还原糖和蔗糖)含量不断上升,积累最快的时期出现在果实完全成熟期以前,且成熟时以积累还原糖为主.③与露地相比,延迟采收枝蔓的糖含量极显著降低,而根系的总糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量极显著升高.总体上来看,延迟采收对树体营养没有影响.
Redglobe grape was selected research on changes of fruit quality,sugar metabolism,storage nutrient.The results were showed that ① delay harvest significantly improved Redglobe grape fruit outside quality and internal quality,enhanced per fruit weight and vertical diameter,increased the content of total soluble solid,decreased the content of titrable acid,but had no effects on suture diameter,firmness and vitamin C;②During the delayed harvest period,Redglobe grape fitted double S-type fruit growth characteristics,starch content was notably lowered,the content of various soluble sugar(total soluble sugar,reducing sugar and sucrose sugar) tended to increase,the fastest period of accumulation occurred before fruit full maturity and accumulation of reducing sugar played a principal role in fruit maturation;③Comparing with the open field,delayed harvest dendrite sugar content were significantly lower,while the root total soluble sugar,sucrose sugar and starch content were notably increased.Overall,delay harvest had no influences on tree nutrient.
